Persoally, I think girls could
pull off bleach captain Toshiro Hitsugaya better than guys although he is a
male character, it is because of this fact that Toshiro has short stature and
round face, and he just look like a cute boy in the aspect of his appearance.
This cosplay girl shows us a good example.

As one of the captain in Gotei 13
in Bleach, Hitsugaya Toshiro is a quite famous member in the soul reaper
society and ACG world as well. Yes, he is well-known in both fictional and real
world. Cosplay bleach Hitsugaya would be always a good idea for small
cosplayers.
